(Guests arriving after 6pm are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance)

Departure
Before 11am.

Children under five can be accommodated free of charge, if sleeping in their parents' bed.
The charge for a baby cot is DKK 200,- per. stay.

The charge for an extra bed is DKK 200,- DKK per night.

The above possibilities are dependent on which room type is booked, as not all rooms have room for a baby cot or an ekstra bed. Please see our room overview ( here ) or contact us for more information.

All hotel rooms are non-smoking, but there is a good outdoor smoking area, which you are always welcome to use. Any violation of the hotels smoking policy, will result in a penalty payment.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Hotel Bethel.

Payment can be made with both Payment cards & Danish Kroner. Please note that a fee may be charged on some credit / debit cards.

Payment is due on arrival, unless otherwise agreed in advance and the reservation type.

When booking 6 rooms or more, it is considered a group reservation with associated group conditions. Please send us an email to info@hotel-bethel.dk for further information, concerning group conditions.

Reservation directly via the Hotel & Hotel’s website
Cancellation must be made in writing per. mail no later than 2pm the day before arrival. In the event that a booking is not cancelled in accordance with this, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booked stay.

Reservation via booking portals such as Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.
If you cancel a booking booked via online booking portals, please refer to the conditions on the confirmation of your booking from the portal. All changes to your reservation must also be made directly via the online portal.

Group booking:
Cancellation must be made in writing in accordance with the agreed conditions.

Forgotten items are stored at the hotel for up to 30 days. Contact the reception if you have left an item during your stay.

If there is damage to the building or furniture in connection with the stay, the guest is required to pay for the repair of the damage.
